Cobben & Van Tulder is an innovative recruitment consultancy, specialized in identifying and sourcing suitably qualified Marketing and Sales candidates, at all levels, on behalf of its clients. Michael J.B. Cobben and Arnold S.M. Van Tulder founded the company in 1997; in line with their vision to create a Marketing and Sales recruitment consultancy where the client comes first and top-shelf service comes as naturally as breathing.

Cobben & Van Tulder is proud of our colleagues, who operate on an academic level and who not only have several years' experience in the business world, but are driven by a desire for quality. We pay a lot of attention to training and personal development on the job. And we believe in having fun. The most important guideline in our organization however, is that the interests of our clients always come first.

Mr Arnold S.M. Van Tulder (1963, married, two children) studied Tax Law at Leiden University, after which he worked as a Selection Officer at the Dutch Royal Navy and subsequently as a Tax Consultant at Loyens & Volkmaars. Four years as a Recruitment Consultant at one of the largest specialized recruitment companies in Europe followed.
